If you are experiencing issues with the normal functioning of the testplus app then first wait to see if the problem resolves itself after a little while.
Should the issue persist then please try the following:
- Clear your app cache
- Close and restart the testplus app
- Uninstall the testplus app and reinstall it
Ensure that you use the correct login method when you log back in - Log in with another device, such as a different smartphone or a desktop computer
If you experience the issue after carrying out all of the above stops then please contact the support team, ideally with a screen recording of the exact issue.
