- Wait 48 hours: Your progress in a task will typically be updated within minutes, though occasionally it may take up to 48 hours
- Install the task via our link: Make sure you install the task by clicking on the link in the task description and ensure that the installation goal is marked completed in your goal table
- Track your start date: Make a note of the date you downloaded the app to ensure you finish within the timeframe. iOS users can verify their download date by checking their Purchase History within the App Store account settings
- First-time install: Please note that your progress will only be tracked if you have not previously downloaded the game on your device. This is also why you should only install the task once and not delete it and reinstall it after having already installed it once
- Operating system: After you have downloaded the task, check that your device’s operating system is up-to-date and compatible with the version specified in the offer description
- No tracking when abroad: testplus is accessible only to users in the USA and Canada (excluding Québec). Progress won't count if you are outside these regions
- Using a VPN or Proxy: Using VPNs, proxies, or Tor browsers is not allowed
- Multiple devices: Use only one device for testing; progress doesn't carry over to new devices
