How to start a payout

1. Reach the minimum payout threshold in your wallet 
2. Complete face verification if this is your first payout 
3. Open the payout screen > enter your first and last name > log in with PayPal via Single Sign-On
4. If you log in with PayPal, your details will auto-fill. You may be asked to add your address

What your payout status means

• Pending: Your request is in review before processing 
• Approved: Your request passed review and was sent for processing. Payouts typically complete within up to 3 business days 
• Declined: Your request couldn’t be completed. Common reasons include a payment method used on more than one account or activity that doesn’t align with our terms. You can contact support for clarification
