How can I reset my password?

You can easily reset your password on the homepage. However, this only works if you signed up using an email and password - not social logins!

1. Go to the testplus login page
2. Click on the link Forgot password? Reset
3. Enter your registered email address and click Send
4. You will receive an email with an activation link to change your password

It can take a few minutes before you receive the password reset email. If you cannot find the password reset email in your inbox, then it may have accidentally landed in the spam folder.

⚠️ If you registered your testplus account with your Apple or Google account, you would need to change the password directly through the corresponding platform.
