Resolve any face verification issues by ensuring:
- You stay still
- The camera lens is clean
- You maintain a neutral expression
- You are in a well-lit area, free from glare
- Your face is fully visible, without glasses or masks
ℹ️ There is a limit to the number of face verification attempts. If you reach this limit, please contact our support team for assistance.
Face verification can only be completed once per user. Attempting face verification on multiple accounts, even if the other accounts are terminated, will result in account deactivation.
If the "Start verification" button is greyed out, please check the following:
- Ensure that your default browser is Google Chrome or Safari
- You have scrolled to the bottom of the page
- You have agreed to the terms and conditions
- Your internet connection is stable
- Ad blockers are disabled
- Your device is in portrait mode
If the issue persists after trying everything above, try using a different device. It might be a compatibility issue.
