Who can create an account on testplus?

To create an account on testplus, you must meet the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You reside in the United States or Canada
• You have a registered PayPal account in your country
• You have no more than one testplus user account

Additional requirements to keep in mind:

• You have access to a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer
• You have a working smartphone camera or webcam for 3D-Liveness Check
• You have a stable internet connection
